Who are we?
Pointerpro is an ambitious software company which was included 3 times in the Deloitte Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing Belgian technology companies.
We develop and commercialize a unique tool to create engaging online assessments and personalized reports.
Our goal is to accelerate the digitization of consultancy companies worldwide with these automatic, tailor-made advisory reports.
With customers like AstraZeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, Deloitte, and many more, our customer base is already spread over 56 different countries. But this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to touch base, and we’re going for it!
What will you do?
- Accounts Receivables: prepare invoices and subscriptions
- Cash Collection: Ensure that overdue customers pay their invoices
- Accounts Payables: monitor the approval process and prepare payments
- Monthly Closing: Prepare documents (for External Accountant)
- Deliver documents required by customers, including TPSA (3rd Party Security Assessments)
- Office Management
- HR management and assistance to employees
- Monthly Payroll
- Expense Management
- Organization of (small) events
What do you bring to the table?
- 5+ Years experience in all-round administrative role in a SMB (KMO)
- Capability to apply (simple) automations and outsource part of the tasks
- You’re a team player and someone who takes initiative and knows what needs to be done without needing constant direction.
- Fluent in English
- Strong Finance & HR (transactional) understanding
- A good understanding of Excel.
- Affinity with HR and Accounting IT tools, and with online tools in general
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where hard work and personal growth go hand-in-hand.
- You embrace a human-first approach, understanding that building relationships sometimes means going the extra mile (literally!).
- You’re adaptable and excited by the adventure of helping customers, even if it means adjusting plans to prioritize their needs.
