This depends on the plan. You can pay monthly for the Professional and the Enterprise plan.

Subscription plans are billed from the date you begin your subscription. Invoices are available and printable by accessing your account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our online payment system. For annual plans, we are able to send invoices based on a P.O. (Purchase Order) and we accept bank transfer payments. Please contact us and we’ll have this set up for you.

Yes, we have to add Value Added Tax (VAT) to all European Union clients without VAT number and all clients based in Belgium. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

For the Professional and Enterprise plan, you automatically agree with our Terms and Conditions. For ReportR and DistributR a contract will also be signed.

All our servers are set up redundantly to prevent loss of data or unavailability of any kind. Our SLA with AWS ensures any issue be taken up with the highest priority. We have over 50 languages supported. You can create each assessment and report in one or more languages. You can check the full supported languages list here.

We offer two approaches: Do-it-yourself (DIY) and done-for-you (DFY).
DIY is a hands-on approach to building everything by yourself. We will ensure you learn how to use the key features to build a great assessment and report. Likewise, we’ll support you until you are ready to go live and launch the assessment to the respondents

DFY is the quickest way to get there. Our team will do the heavy lifting here. You will simply share with us the existing version of the assessment and pdf report and we will translate them into Pointerpro. Once we are done, we will teach you how to make changes to it, teach you how to distribute the assessment for you to master your desired workflow. You can reach out to support@pointerpro.com

It’s best to get started right away but our team is there to help you to feel comfortable when using the tool based on your own needs and timings. We also have a clear onboarding process in place.

We offer a do-it-yourself solution to build your own assessments, ranging from personality to skills to cybersecurity, and far beyond. The aim of our platform is to help you leverage your own expertise. That means, we don’t provide any content for your assessments.

Our onboarding process is designed to help you get up and running smoothly - whether you're starting from scratch or already have something in mind! The Onboarding Team will guide you through the key steps to create and launch your assessments and reports with confidence. After the Onboarding, our support team is available whenever you need extra help or have additional questions.

The number of responses we take into account equals the number of people that completed or partially responded to one of your questionnaires. Depending on your plan, you have access to a set number of responses per month. No worries, we store all the responses you collect, so if you exceed your monthly limit, you can always upgrade to a higher plan to view all your responses.

Absolutely. Pointerpro offers maximum flexibility: if you expect more than 20 responses in a month, you can start with a paid plan that suits your expected number of responses. Afterwards, you can simply downgrade to the free plan. You can upgrade again to a paid plan at any time. We don’t delete any surveys or responses when you downgrade to the free plan.

Every first day of the month we reset the counters for your responses and emails.

Yes, with our Response Upload feature, it’s possible to upload old responses so you can do your analysis and future actions on both old and new responses.

The duration is 14 days for our free trial.

No, the free trial is only available for our Professional plan. Therefore the free trial is not showing features that are part of other plans like advanced formulas and the report generation (automated personalized PDFs). If you want to see and try more features, please reach out via this link.
