You can create a report with more insight and explanation why someone is or isn’t suitable for the job. This way you save a lot of time when going through dozens of potential candidates.
When you’ve gone through all the candidates, you can send a different report to the assessment tool, with for example the top 5 or top 10 candidates.
While both measure competencies, a knowledge test evaluates what someone knows - facts, concepts, theories. A skills assessment, on the other hand, also evaluates what someone can do - how they apply that knowledge in real or simulated scenarios. For example, a sales knowledge test might ask about techniques, a skills assessment would most likely also simulate a pitch.

We offer two approaches: Do-it-yourself (DIY) and done-for-you (DFY).
DIY is a hands-on approach to building everything by yourself. We will ensure you learn how to use the key features to build a great assessment and report. Likewise, we’ll support you until you are ready to go live and launch the assessment to the respondents
DFY is the quickest way to get there. Our team will do the heavy lifting here. You will simply share with us the existing version of the assessment and pdf report and we will translate them into Pointerpro.
