Then you might just be the Project Manager (medior) we’re looking for to strengthen our team in the heart of Antwerp.
Who are we?
Pointerpro is an ambitious software company which was included 3 times in the Deloitte Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing Belgian technology companies.
We develop and commercialize a unique tool to create engaging online assessments and personalized reports.
Our goal is to accelerate the digitization of consultancy companies worldwide with these automatic, tailor-made advisory reports, and we recently received an extra investment round to grow even faster.
With customers like AstraZeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, Deloitte, and many more, our customer base is already spread over 56 different countries. But this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to touch base, and we’re going for it!
What will you do?
- End-to-end management of client projects (*) The actual delivery of the projects is outsourced, meaning that the coordinator will have to communicate frequently with the outsourcing companies.
- Interact with customers via chat, email and online meetings (in English) for operational matters, to report progress and discuss issues.
- Scope, plan and assign project work in a way that the deadlines are achieved and the customer is satisfied.
- Execute pieces of smaller project work or adaptations in a pragmatic way. This involves hands-on work (such as data entry, CSS, HTML,...) in the Pointerpro application.
- Ensure profitability of the projects, with support of senior management.
- Document project work in a way that certain pieces can be re-used for future projects.
- Use state-of-the-art systems to communicate with clients and track project progress.
- Follow-up customers after project completion: ensure that they get the full benefit from our software.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic objective of service differentiation (together with senior management).
- Assisting in new RFP’s or Bid’s and taking the lead for Enterprise clients.
- Participate in customer meetings during pre-sales, showcase possibilities within Services.
- Join deep dive sessions with customers who need guidance in their services (hybrid) build.
- Perform closing Service aftercare meetings with customers when needed.
(*) A typical client project is rather small (1-10 days of work) and consists of the delivery of some kind of set up and/or programming (HTML, CSS) work using our application, sometimes combined with external tool(s). Example projects: create complex questionnaires and PDF reports in Pointerpro, implement design of questionnaires and PDF reports, create dashboards using Pointerpro and/or Google Data Studio,…
What do you bring to the table?
- You have a customer-first attitude and great communication skills.
- You are a team player but you can also work independently with limited supervision.
- You can coordinate multiple external (remote) resources and are able to work under pressure.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
- Time management is your specialty and change doesn’t scare you.
- You have a hands-on, pragmatic mentality & you’re a fast learner willing to learn our software, in depth.
- You are a multi-tasker at heart and are able to stay organized while doing so.
- Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, software products and web technologies is an asset.
- You are experienced in Agile / Waterfall development.
- You are an expert in stakeholder management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing delivery environment.
