Operations Director

Pointerpro is a fast-growing Belgian software company.
We develop and commercialize a unique application that companies use to create engaging
online questionnaires and personalized PDF reports.
Our customer base is widely spread over 56 different countries. More than 50% of our users
are in the US. Some of our proud customers are: AstraZeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, and KBC.
To support our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Operations Director.

What will you do?
  • You will be responsible for optimizing processes for future growth using automation (software) and/or outsourcing. Define process KPIs and monitor them.
  • You will work together with the CEO to turn ideas into reality within different domains: finance, HR, IT, customer service.
  • You will be responsible for the Professional Services and Support teams. You ensure client satisfaction while keeping cost-to-serve at an acceptable level.
  • You will define process KPIs and implement a monitoring system.
  • You will be part of the company's leadership team and co-define the company strategy and tactics on longer term together with the other leadership team members.
What do you bring to the table?
  • You obtained a bachelor or master’s degree.
  • You are experienced in a similar role, any experience in the tech industry is considered a plus.
  • You have experience in project management and managing a customer-facing team.
  • You have experience in software implementation in the following domains: finance, HR, customer service.
  • You live and breathe operational efficiency.
  • Your communicative and problem-solving skills are advanced.
  • You are passionate about the technology industry and startup scene, and you are looking to make an impact in a growing business.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus.
