Customer Relationship Executive

Then you might just be the Customer Relationship Executive we’re looking for to strengthen our team in the heart of Antwerp.
Who are we?
Pointerpro is an ambitious software company which was included 3 times in the Deloitte Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing Belgian technology companies.
We develop and commercialize a unique tool to create engaging online assessments and personalized reports.
Our goal is to accelerate the digitization of consultancy companies worldwide with these automatic, tailor-made advisory reports, and we recently received an extra investment round to grow even faster.
With customers like AstraZeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, Deloitte, and many more, our customer base is already spread over 56 different countries. But this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to touch base, and we’re going for it!
What will you do?
- Maintaining long term relationships with our active clientbase, while overseeing processes and metrics directly related to customer retention, loyalty, and churn.
- Ensure clients are getting the value they’re paying for and thus achieve their goals with the product or service, leading to increased customer stickiness.
- Creating automated processes for churn precursors and communicating with customers proactively whenever they’re in danger of churning, this to prevent support/loyalty issues.
- Working with account managers to create upsell and cross-sell offers that directly address known customer pain points.
- And also: Have fun with the team while working hard.
What do you bring to the table?
- Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them.
- You have the super power to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships.
- You are a team player but you can also work independently with limited supervision.
- You are a Belgian resident who's fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus.
- Your emotional intelligence and empathy levels are through the roof.
- Good software tools knowledge and interest, and eager to learn about new tools.
- You are a Customer Experience Champion with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Customer Success and +5 years of overall experience.
- Relevant courses / trainings are a plus.
