Who are we?

Pointerpro is an ambitious software company which was included 3 times in the Deloitte Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing Belgian technology companies.

We develop and commercialize a unique tool to create engaging online assessments and personalized reports. 

Our goal is to accelerate the digitization of consultancy companies worldwide with these automatic, tailor-made advisory reports.

With customers like AstraZeneca, Deloitte, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, and many more, our customer base is already spread over 56 different countries. But this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to touch base, and we’re going for it!

 

What will you do?

    Design and help build the UI/UX process within Pointerpro, focusing on improving quality and efficiency for our web applications.

    Conduct UX research with customers, translating findings into improvement suggestions and development tickets.

    Create and discuss wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes and other design elements for complex builder interfaces with stakeholders.

    Design high-fidelity UI screens that simplify complex functionality while maintaining powerful features.

    Analyze user flows to identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity and streamline their experience.

    Provide design support to other teams for non-software-related tasks, offering creative solutions.

    Deliver design assets, such as mockups and prototypes, for the development team to implement.

    Assist with functional product analysis and create development tickets for new features and improvements.

    Lead design for major interface improvements, creating comprehensive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for our builder tools.

    Proactively identify UI pain points through platform exploration and customer feedback.

    Collaborate with colleagues, pitching in when needed, ensuring team success, and supporting the “one for all, all for one” mentality.

What do you bring to the table?

    Proven experience designing UI and UX for complex web applications. SaaS platform and design-application experience being a plus.

    Portfolio demonstrating successful redesigns of complex interfaces, with before/after examples showing meaningful improvements.

    Experience designing interfaces that simplify complex processes without sacrificing functionality.

    Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, and testable prototypes using Figma, with ability to iterate designs based on user feedback.

    Strong mockup creation abilities, demonstrating attention to detail in visual design while maintaining usability and accessibility standards.

    Familiar with UI/UX design and project management tools like Figma and Jira for effective collaboration with development teams.

    Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch proficiency being a bonus.
